KAYSEN凱森化工軸流泵概述：
化工軸流泵是凱森自行研制開發(fā)的新產品，按口徑分：250、300、350、450、500、600、700、800、900共9個型號，18個規(guī)格產品。可靠性好，維修方便，是專為氯堿、制鹽中蒸發(fā)循環(huán)工程的特點而專門設計的軸流泵。借鑒了行業(yè)內的成功技術，并融入自身的設計所長，經優(yōu)化的傳動設計，運行振動小，噪音低，大幅提高了軸流泵的運行可靠性和平衡性，使維護周期和使用壽命大大增加。運行可靠性高，維護周期增加一倍以上，壽命增加20%。
可輸送化學中性和腐蝕性，冷的或熱的，清潔的或污染的，懸浮液或有大量結晶顆粒的腐蝕性液體。
KAYSEN凱森化工軸流泵結構特點：
參照升力線理論，吸取螺旋槳設計的經驗，發(fā)展了沿徑向變環(huán)量分布的軸流泵設計方法，并進行了廠內的模型試驗，與同類型軸流泵相比，重量輕，體積小，剛性好，效率高(與凱森*代化工軸流泵相比，效率提高10%以上，重量減輕30%以上)。自驅動端看，泵為逆時針旋轉。
KAYSEN凱森化工軸流泵設計特點：
化工軸流泵，采用懸臂式支撐型式，單級單吸軸流式葉輪，電機采用直聯或皮帶傳動。采用后開門的結構，使得在檢修或更換密封時，只要抽出轉動部分即可，而不需要拆卸管路，因此具有維修方便的特點。密封型式可采用雙端面機械密封或填料密封。泵體采用彎管式或蝸殼式結構，泵進出口口徑相同。軸承箱體帶有水冷腔，用以通冷卻水冷卻軸承。對于懸掛式結構或彈性基礎式的軸流泵為特殊設計。

KAYSEN凱森化工軸流泵密封：
密封腔處的徑向振擺小于0.5mm，保證了密封的可靠性和耐久性，延長了維修周期?？梢园惭b填料密封和單端或雙端機械密封，并可安裝動力密封以供特殊場合使用。
固定密封選用Viton等合成橡膠。
填料選用石棉、碳纖維、柔性石墨等優(yōu)質耐腐減磨材料。
KAYSEN凱森化工軸流泵材質：
過流部件可用1Cr18Ni9，1Cr18Ni12Mo2Ti，1Cr18Ni12Mo3Ti，因科洛804等多種材質制造。輸送溫度為0～180℃的各種強腐蝕材質。
